How does it work when a customer sends me an order?
The purchasing department of your customer will raise the order and send it to their EDI system. This will then go to your customer's EDI VAN service which will be connected to our VAN. Our system then translates the order into a readable web page which is available to view on your B2B portal. You'll get an email notification with a link to this web page.
What happens if my customer upgrades their EDI system?
We will look after the testing and implementation of the upgraded system for you free of charge.
What type of transaction set does it support?
It supports all types of the commonly used transaction set formats which includes EDI 820, EDI 830, EDI 852, EDI 846, EDI 860, EDI 753, EDI 754, EDI 850, EDI 997, EDI 856, EDI 810, EDI 940, EDI 864, EDI 824, EDI 945.
Do I have to install software?
